SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS:
400ml lactose free milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 Medium banana
2 Scoops of your favourite choc protein powder
1 Scoop of switch
1 teaspoon of protein peanut butter
20g table spoon of cacao nibs
METHOD:
Add all ingredients into ninja blender. blend till smooth.
